Day 1: Transfer & Check in Hotel
Welcome to Turkey! We will pick you up from airport and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Istanbul Old City Tour
Visits For Today; Hagia Sophia Mosque, Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar
Istanbul has been the capital city of three empires, Roman Empire, Byzantium Empire, Ottoman Empire. As being capital and of course the richest city of three empires, Istanbul became the home of the most important buildings and sanctuaries. Our tour to old city center will give you a general perspective about the history of the city. This full day tour will take place in Sultanahmet Square, as all the monuments stands next to each other.
You may start the day with Topkapi Palace. After the conquest of Istanbul Topkapi Palace became the administrative center of the empire and also residence of the royal family. This palace is very different than European palaces, a huge complex with 4 courtyards and different sections.
After visit the palace you will walk to the Sultanahmet Square and visit Hagia Sophia that one of the most important buildings of all times. It has built in Roman period between 532-537 and still standing with its huge dome! Hagia Sophia built as a church, converted to a mosque in Ottoman Period and served as a museum in early republic period. And very recently opened to the pray service again.
After visiting enchanted Hagia Sophia just in front of the building there lays ancient Hippodrome of Constantinapolis/ Istanbul. Here you can take best photos of Istanbul and see monumental obelisk of the city and walk to the Blue Mosque. Actual name of the sanctuary is Sultan Ahmet Mosque but world well-known name is Blue Mosque because of the beautiful blue tiles which decorates the walls of the mosque. After all the visits and lunch, you will walk to Grand Bazaar which is a very special ancient shopping mall with 4000 shops,66 streets, 27 entrance!
End of the tour drive back to hotel and overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3: Flight to Izmir & Transfer to Kusadasi
Pick up from hotel, transfer to airport, flight to Izmir, transfer to the hotel, overnight.
Day 4: Ephesus & Mother Mary Tour (L)
Visits for today; Ephesus Ancient City, House of Mother Mary, Artemis Temple Ruins, Isabey Mosque
After breakfast we will pick you up from reception and start the tour. Ephesus had been a trade center of the ancient world, because Ephesus was in that location where trade roads end by land. Trade continued from the harbor of the city to Europa by sea. Other reason is Ephesus always has been an important cult center of earth Mothergoddes, Kybele or Artemis in Greek period and later all these female figures converted into Mother Mary. And also, Ephesus is considered to one of the most well-preserved ancient cities from Greko-Roman period where you can imagine easily how people lived 2000 years ago.
The most important visit of the day is the ruins of Ephesus ancient city. You will walk through the original streets of the city which is 2000 years old. You will enter city from upper gate from the official part of the city. Firstly, you will visit bouleuterion, the parliament building of the city. So do not expect to see a palace of a king here because Ephesus never been a kingdom. After Greek colonization city was a Greek Federation, in 1 century B.C. Ephesus became a state of Roman Empire. That’s how you will see Greek and Roman style together in the city architecture. After you will walk down to Domitianus Square, you will see beautiful Nike relief. Then you will pass through the Hercules Gate where you have a general look to the city center. You will walk by the Trojan Fountain, Hadrian Temple, public toilets (latrina) and reach to the most important monument in Ephesus; Library of Celsus. Last visit point will be great public theater which has a capacity of 25.000 people, one of the biggest in the world. Other visit during the tour will be House of Virgin Mary. As it is believed when Jesus crucifixion, he entrusted his mother to St. John the Evangelist. Because of his mission St. John travelled to Ephesus with Mother Mary where she spent her remaining days of life and deceased.
The Vatican recognized this small house as the final resting place of the Virgin Mary. You will have lunch in a local restaurant. Before the Christianity period, Ephesus was the major center of Artemis worship. One of the most spectacular temple of all the times was built for Artemis, here in Ephesus where we call Artemision or Temple of Artemis. Artemis Temple had been a pilgrim center for Pagans of those times and been the very first example of banking in history as merchants left their valuable things to the mercy of Artemis. Today only one column left from the temple but the view from the temple is spectacular. Isa Bay Mosque is another visit in Selcuk town which is in the old center of Selcuk and surrounded by old Turkish houses. This mosque is from 14 century, Turkish period and it built before the conquest of Istanbul which makes this modest mosque very different than imperial Islamic architecture.
End of the tour you will be transferred to Kusadasi.
Day 5: Pamukkale Tour (L)

After breakfast you will meet with your guide and driver and start the tour. Pamukkale, which is “Cotton Castle” in Turkish is a very special place where history meets with natural beauty. Naturally area has permeable soil and underground hot spring water runs close to the surface. Only in Pamukkale Museum part there are 17 points where water comes to the earth. Today Pamukkale Museum is one of the most popular museums but actually this tourism movement runs here for many centuries and started with discovery of ancient people, they discovered curative properties of this hot spring water here. From 500 B.C. people visited Pamukkale to cure their diseases, and from 300 B.C. they founded a city that they called Holly City ‘Hierapolis’. Today ruins of the ancient city lies by the limestone terraces formed by the action of the hot springs. During your visit you can see beautiful ancient theater of the city, great hammam building which is converted to a museum main Street of the ancient city, necropolis (cemetery), Cleopatra Pool (entrance extra) , theater and spend time in limestone terraces. This region is the center of textile in Turkey so after the tour you will visit a huge textile outlet. After the tour you will drive to hotel and overnight in Pamukkale.
Day 6: Flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir & Transfer to Cappadocia
Depending on your flight you will be pick up from hotel and transfer to airport, flight to Cappadocia, overnight.
Day 7: Cappadocia Tour (L)

Cappadocia is a very special place with it is history and natural beauty. Starting from 60 thousand years back with volcanic eruptions, ashes and lava covered a huge area. Within many centuries climate chances, wind, rain has been forming Cappadocia land. During many centuries nature formed fairy chimneys as the ash plaque is softer than lava and stones. People use this land for their benefits as it is easy to dig/carve and give a form to this land. They dig caves, deposits, churches, houses…
Our classical Cappadocia tour gives you chance to see beautiful landscape and most beautiful sightseeing. After you get picked up from hotel you will start the tour. We will visit Fairy chimneys that will give you the best scenery for your holiday photos. You can walk between mushroom shape fairy chimneys. Guvercinlik valley is one of the best panoramic stops you can visit in Cappadocia region. While you are enjoying the view you can enjoy the great view of the valley. Dervent Valley in other saying Imagination Valley is a very special place with it is great view. We will stop at Uchisar Castle panorama and Pigeon Valley, two of the best spots for photography and photo opportunities in the world. As Cappadocia is the center of ceramics you will have chance to see a workshop and even try to make one. After here you will drive to underground city which is a fascinating place!
